Campania – Healthcare

Campania is a southern region that includes Naples. It’s generally not very modern when it comes to healthcare, unless you are in one of the big cities. For nearly everything you need to visit a local office, online services are limited

The Citizen Health Portal is the tool that allows you to access the online services made available by the Regional Health System (SSR), as part of the wider project of the Campania Region called Sinfonia.

SINFONY, CampanIA Health Information System, is the regional health information system designed to support the entire Campania Regional Health Service, increase efficiency, contain costs and at the same time standardize and enhance the response to the needs of all system players , operators, citizens, structures, contacts of the regional body and of the central administration. With the creation of SINFONIA, the Campania healthcare system passes from complete autonomy of the ASLs to progressive integrated management on the territory with the aim of supporting the excellence of operational healthcare, through the opportunities of digital healthcare. You will therefore be able to access the health and social-health services of the Campania Region only from an online portal,

They have an app, which is very basic.

“Campania in Salute” is the name of the new service of the Campania Region which allows citizens to:

• Book a specialist outpatient service, for yourself or for your contacts (family members and/or loved ones), starting from a referral from the National Health Service of the NRE type (New Electronic Recipe);
• Consult and manage your appointments directly from your smartphone;
• Pay or consult the history of payments made.

You can choose to book through the company CUP of the healthcare facility of interest or by accessing the regional CUP which includes the healthcare facilities managed in an integrated manner.

Furthermore, all the services that are currently available on the Citizen’s Portal will be progressively available on the APP.

To access the APP it is possible to use both username and password credentials, which are chosen during registration on the App itself, and SPID (Public Digital Identity System).
