Vodafone seems one of the easiest to use especially if Italian is not your main language, there apps are in English as well, and from placing the order to arranging installation can all be done online without any human involvement.
You do need to answer the phone on install day so the engineer can tell you how long before they arrive. installation is a simple process, and they cover most of Italy.
The vodafone station (the router they send) is also completely operatable in English as well as the vodafone station app.
