Some services in this region are online, you can book appointments, reprint health records and health cards. Many things you need to attend one of the ASL counters though.
You can use the online services to choose or change your doctor off choice, which makes it much simpler if you move areas or towns, providing you are within the Abruzzo region.
They operate the voluntary SSN system here, so if you are not entitled to register you can pay voluntary contributions for National Healthcare
You need SPiD to access the services as well as your health card.
